...dress is fairly simple, but has a few interesting elements, like the tulip sleeves and the halter turtleneck. We can’t say we love that latter element all that much, but it coordinates well with the headband. We’d have preferred a full-blown turban in its place, but the headband is still pretty dramatic and unusual. The mismatched earrings are kind of fun and the bracelets are gorgeous, although they’re fighting with the sleeves a bit.
